The Southampton Fresh Air Home (SFAH) experienced a day of automotive splendor at its second Concours d’Elegance at 36 Bakers Island Road in Southampton.
More than 75 car and motorcycle owners showcased their vehicles to more than 350 car enthusiasts and SFAH supporters. Attendees enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, craft beer, fine wines, boutique shopping and child-friendly activities, including fire engines, an ice cream truck, face painting, crafts and a special appearance by Barbie.
The event had a pop-up art gallery by FORMah, the Top Hops Half Pint Beer Truck and a selection of Jim Freeman’s trophies and magazine articles. The day was held in support of SFAH, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving children and young adults with physical disabilities.
Chuck Scarborough and event founder and coordinator Rome Arnold announced the winners of various categories at the awards ceremony to be Howard Kroplick, Laura Lofaro, Michael Grunberg, Edward Simioni, the Bridgehampton Fire Department and Gerald Schwenk.
