Bedell Cellars Event Manager Delaney Allen offered a Valentine’s weekend experience for visitors, partnering with Disset Chocolate Owner Ursula XVII to host a chocolate workshop.

Attendees were treated to a hands-on session where they crafted their own chocolate bark.

Participants could pair their creations with wine from Bedell Cellars‘ Small Batch collection, or take their bark home to savor later.
