The event showcased the talents of Chopped champion Chef Silvia Baldini, who prepared three hors d’oeuvres.
Editor-in-chief Amy Zavatto and food scholar Meryl Rosofsky mix cocktails, while winemaker Robin Epperson-McCarthy offered tasting of her finest vintages.
Proceeds from the cookbook benefit LDNY’s scholarship fund.
