The Metro Parrot Head Club celebrated Jimmy Buffett Day with an event at North Haven Village Hall Pirate Park, where attendees in tropical attire enjoyed the music of Steel Margarita and participated in a Jimmy Buffett sing-along.
Village officials proclaimed the day as Jimmy Buffett Day, dedicating a bench in his memory. Following the park festivities, the celebration continued at The Clubhouse Hamptons in East Hampton, featuring live music from Tom Maxwell and the Big Revival Band.
Embracing their founding principle, “party with a purpose,” participants collected flip-flops for a local Long Island shelter, adding a philanthropic touch to the tribute.
