Rene Vaca Joins Kravis Center Fall Comedy Lineup
Acclaimed Southern California comedian Rene Vaca will be performing at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach this fall on November 23, concluding a fall packed with great comedy as part of the Palm Beach Improv & Kravis Center Present series at the Marshall E. Rinker, Sr. Playhouse.
Vaca is currently touring and has over 20 shows lined up all over the country. He was recently featured on the Netflix is a Joke comedy festival and boasts a very large social media presence with around 1.5 million followers on Instagram and TikTok combined.
In addition to his role as introducing comedian for Netflix is a Joke, Vaca has performed at esteemed comedy venues such as the Hollywood Laugh Factory, a venue that’s hosted greats like Bill Burr and Adam Sandler, and where he has his own monthly show, Leg Day.
Vaca was one of two comedians to win the 16th Annual StandUp NBC Competition, along with Franqi French.
The comedian will appear for two shows on November 24, at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
Also appearing at the Marshall E. Rinker, Sr. Playhouse this fall is Last Comic Standing finalist Ian Bagg on September 13 and 14, with 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. shows on each day, Last Comic Standing star Lavell Crawford on November 8 and 9 (7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. both days), and the great Jay Mohr on November 15 and 16, also with shows at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. both days.
Edgy Legion of Skanks and The Bonfire podcaster and stand-up comic Big Jay Oakerson will conclude the series on December 20 and 21 (7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. each day), also at the Marshall E. Rinker, Sr. Playhouse, 701 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach.
Tickets for all shows are available now at kravis.org. Each show runs about 75 minutes and all are limited to audiences ages 18 and older due to mature themes and language.
