Executive Director Michael Nelson and Assistant Director Marisa Nelson created an Enchanted Forest at the Quogue Wildlife Refuge, inviting children and their families to experience a Halloween-themed walk through nature.

Families followed guides along the Enchanted Forest Trail, where they met characters who shared fun and educational insights about animals and their natural world.

Children came dressed in Halloween costumes, while activities, crafts, games and concessions in the main activity area offered additional entertainment.
