Enzo Morabito

The Morabito family immigrated from Italy when Enzo was 10 years old. His high school and college years were spent studying education and on the ocean beaches as a lifeguard. While he enjoyed being a middle school teacher for 10 years, he was too much of a go getter to stay in one spot.

His natural talent for marketing led him to be a partner in an ocean beach club on Dune Road in the Hamptons. He parlayed that into a successful promoting business utilizing venues such as Nassau Coliseum and Madison Square Garden.

With extra money made in promotions, he bought his first piece of land in the Hamptons, subdivided it, sold it, and found his true passion in business. In taking raw land and developing it with ample, donated open space, he helped the Hamptons retain it’s beauty and ensure that the properties would be worth so much more decades later. That was the whole idea behind his real estate company, Sagaponack Real Estate which operated from 1980-1990.

MANY clients can thank Enzo for his push to save open space. He realized that in order to truly grow his business, he needed a bigger firm to utilize it’s reach and resources.  Douglas Elliman Real Estate has been a puzzle perfect fit for Enzo. He is able to utilize this multi billion dollar company to reach buyers in all of the key luxury markets including Manhattan, Westchester, Greenwich, Los Angeles, Aspen, and Miami/Palm Beach. Under the Elliman blanket, Enzo has been able to develop his two teams that cover both sides of the canal. There is not one broker who is so entrenched in both the east and west Hamptons. He has a truly thorough knowledge and command of the entire Hamptons market. As Enzo Morabito and his team approach the 3 billion dollar mark in sales, there have been a few awards to go along with that. The Top Pinnacle Award, Top 10 “Power Broker” by the Real Deal Magazine and a 36th ranking out of all agents in North America also by Real Deal. He has been named one of America’s top real estate professionals by the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends, placing his team 85th out of more than 1 million realtors nationwide. Eillman has also given him every top honor. 2018 marks Enzo’s 9th year in a row as Elliman’s #1 Team in the Hamptons by Gross Commission and Transactions.

Enzo is currently raising a family in Westhampton Beach. 30 years in one industry has taught him a lot. He has state of the art technology, marketing, and resources at his finger tips, and a team that is second to none. His go getter attitude is what opened the door all those years ago, but it’s his honesty, knowledge, and consistent level of service that got his name on it.
